Terms & Conditions
COMPLAINTS/RETURNS
Complaints about the goods regarding amount, damages, or insufficient packaging can only be raised in a legally effective way within one day. Damages must be advised in writing. If damages are visible as early as on receipt, please open the package in the presence of the carrier, so that a damage report can be lodged immediately and on the spot (transport insurance). Your signature shall confirm that you are in receipt of the goods. The goods remain our property until they are paid in full.
REVOCATION
Contractual partner for all orders is the company Kuruma GmbH, Schönau 2, Austria – 6252 Breitenbach. Clicking the button “Order” triggers the creation of a binding order.
RIGHT OF REVOCATION
Once the goods are received, the purchase is automatically effective. If the item does not meet the expectations of the buyer, the parcel can be returned to us in the original packaging by using the return slip. The return must be confirmed. This confirmation must be retained until the goods are credited to the buyer’s customer account. The revocation must be addressed to:
Letter (date of postmark):
Kuruma GmbH
Schönau 2
6252 Breitenbach
Austria
CONSEQUENCES OF REVOCATION
If the revocation is effective, both sides must grant a return of the services already received and, if applicable, surrender any benefits obtained. If the buyer cannot warrant the return of the received goods in part or in whole, or only in a deteriorated condition, compensation must be paid. This does not apply to the surrender of goods if the deterioration of the product is exclusively due to checking it – as one would be able to do during a direct sale. Apart from that, the obligation to pay compensation can be avoided by not handling the product as an owner would and to refrain from anything which might negatively affect its value. Products which can be sent as a parcel must be returned as such. The buyer must bear the costs of the return postage, if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered and if the price of the products to be returned does not exceed 40 Euros, or, for a higher price of the product, if the consideration or contractually agreed partial payment had not yet been paid at the time of revocation. In all other cases there are no costs to return the goods. To avoid unnecessary costs (e.g. bulky goods), the type of transport has to be coordinated with us beforehand.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
Delivery aboard: we would ask the buyer to always contact us beforehand if a return is necessary.
GENERAL
